Admission Policy and Procedure
The school is a co-educational institution and is open to all students without discrimination. Applications for admission are issued every year in the month of February. Based on the availability of seats, admissions are carried out during the months of April and May. Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the prescribed fees.
The academic year normally runs from June to April and is divided into three terms. The commencement dates of each term will be communicated to parents well in advance.
Parents may submit applications for admission from the month of February. The admission process involves multiple steps to ensure transparency and clarity.
As part of the procedure, parents and students are invited to visit the school campus for a personal tour to experience the facilities and the learning environment.
Age Eligibility for admission

LKG : Children who complete three years of age on or before 1st June or 31st July of the year of application are eligible.

UKG : Children who complete four years of age on or before 1st June or 31st July of the year of application are eligible.
Documents Required for Admission
The application for admission must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Birth Certificate – Copy
- Transfer Certificate – Original
- Community Certificate – Copy
- Ration Card (Smart Card) – Copy
- Aadhaar Card – Copy
- Passport-size photographs of the child – 10 copies
- Previous academic reports
- Previous medical records (if the child has any medical conditions)
